Patient Experience Survey Update

Patient Experience Survey Update

February 09, 2026

At Group Health Centre, hearing from our patients is one of the most important ways we continue to improve care. Your feedback helps us understand what’s working well and where we can make meaningful changes that support better health and better experiences.

What’s Changing

Beginning February 10, our Patient Experience Survey will be delivered directly by email to a subset of patients who had an appointment the previous day. This new process replaces the public survey link that was previously available on our website, social media, and via QR codes in our waiting areas.

By sending the survey directly to patients who recently visited us, we can gather timely, relevant insights that reflect real-time experiences and guide improvements across our services.

Why This Matters

  • Email delivery allows us to hear from patients closer to the time of their visit.
  • Feedback becomes more specific, accurate, and meaningful for improving care.
  • The survey continues to be quick, anonymous, and an important tool in shaping patient-centred improvements.

How You Can Help

If you are a GHC patient, please make sure we have your current email address on file. Ensuring your contact information is up to date helps us stay connected—whether it’s for appointment reminders, important updates, or opportunities to share your experience.

You can update your email in the following ways:

Your Voice Matters

We truly value the time patients take to share their perspectives with us. Every survey response helps us strengthen the care we provide and better understand the needs of our community.

Feedback about your experience can also be shared at any time by contacting our Patient Relations Team at ghccares@ghc.on.ca or (705) 759-5541.

Thank you for helping us grow, improve, and serve you better.
