The Dialogue Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) provides confidential support and counselling services to GHC employees and their families. You can access help anytime, from anywhere in Canada.
Services Included
- Counselling Services: Confidential one-on-one counselling for personal, work, or family issues.
(4 sessions per user per matter) - Legal and Financial Consultation: Professional advice on a variety of legal or financial matters.
(2 hours per user per legal or financial matter) - Career Advisory Services: Assistance with career planning, work conflict, and performance management. (4 sessions per user per matter)
- Child and Elder Services: Support for childcare, elder care, and occupational therapy referrals.
(4 sessions per user per matter) - Crisis Management and Critical Incident Response: Available on-demand for trauma support and action planning.
