The Primary Care Wellness Team is dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of patients aged 18 and older at Group Health Centre (GHC) and the Access Care Clinic (ACC). Recognizing that mental health is an essential part of overall health, the team provides timely and accessible services to help patients get the care they need.
Our team includes skilled counsellors who offer compassionate, evidence-based support grounded in professionalism, confidentiality, and transparency. Services are designed to be flexible and easy to access, ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time.
GHC’s Primary Care Wellness Team is available to patients of Group Health Centre and the Access Care Clinic, 18 years and older.
Appointments are available by referral from your healthcare provider.
The Primary Care Wellness Team offers both Short-Term Individual Counselling and Group Sessions.
