We offer both individual and group sessions on a variety of nutrition topics, including:

  • Dyslipidemia (cholesterol management): Group classes are held twice a month
  • Pregnancy nutrition: Support for issues such as poor nutrition or abnormal weight gain
  • Gastrointestinal health: Management of Celiac disease, Crohn’s, Colitis, IBS, and Diverticulitis
  • Pediatric nutrition: Addressing food allergies, gastrointestinal issues, failure to thrive (FTT), anemia, BPD, and Cystic Fibrosis
  • Cancer support: Nutrition guidance for patients experiencing malnutrition or cachexia
  • Eating disorders: Management of conditions like Anorexia and Bulimia
  • Hypoglycemia management
  • Failure to thrive (FTT): Specialized support for infants who are not growing as expected

You’ll set realistic health goals and receive practical steps and resources to support your journey.

At follow-up appointments, your dietitian will track your progress and adjust the plan as needed to keep you moving toward your health and wellness goals.
