Share a Compliment or Raise a Concern
At the Group Health Centre (GHC), our dedication to enhancing the standard of care we provide to patients and the programs we extend to the community is unwavering. We prioritize incorporating patient feedback as a crucial approach to achieving this objective. Therefore, we encourage you to share your thoughts on your GHC experience.
How Do I Share a Compliment or Raise a Concern?
Always try to speak to the person who provided the care or service or the Department Supervisor/Manager. It is best to share a compliment or raise a concern when and where it occurs.
If you have a concern that cannot be addressed in real-time, you may also contact the Patient Relations Office.
T: 705-759-5545
It is important that your voice is heard, and we will work with you to resolve your concern or pass along your compliment. Rest assured, your care and treatment will not be negatively affected as a result of bringing forward a concern.
Including the names of the GHC team members you wish to recognize is helpful but not required. If you include as many details as you can recall about the care you received or the program/service you visited. We will do our best to identify the individuals you encountered and share your compliments with them.
We will also share your recognition with the department leads and our senior leadership team.
